This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and execute governance frameworks that guarantee excellence in portfolio strategy reporting, transaction pipeline management, and quality assurance throughout all deal phases.
• Oversee approval workflows involving legal, finance, and operational stakeholders, proactively identifying obstacles and resolving issues before they affect timelines.
• Promote data excellence by ensuring the integrity of MRI lease administration systems and transaction trackers through validation protocols, regular audits, and quality checkpoints.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client's real estate organization and JLL service teams, fostering trust-based relationships at all levels of seniority.
• Track and manage transaction milestones from start to finish, independently addressing issues and ensuring the timely completion of critical phases involving multiple parties.
• Create and standardize templates and processes that streamline deal cycles, minimize duplication, and foster consistency in transaction management.
• Generate executive-level reports that offer real-time insights into deal status, portfolio risks, and critical decision points for senior leadership.
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery and driving the adoption of new standards across stakeholder groups.
• Expertise in real estate with a strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, lease documentation, and portfolio management principles (real estate certification is highly advantageous).
• Proficient in advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis; VBA skills are a valuable addition.
• Strong data management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to validate, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights.
• Strategic communication skills that allow effective engagement with stakeholders across all organizational levels, from operational teams to C-suite executives.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with a proven track record of establishing trust and credibility with both internal partners and external clients.
• Independent judgment and the autonomy to manage competing priorities, assess risks, make informed decisions, and escalate appropriately when strategic guidance is required.
• Process innovation mindset with a history of leading improvement initiatives and implementing changes across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
