This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Support the originator in scheduling appointments with potential and existing applicants.
• Ensure prompt follow-up on new leads within 20 minutes and achieve a 35% conversion rate from lead to appointment.
• Offer administrative assistance by managing various client databases (lead tracker, MyCircle, Zillow, etc.).
• Dispatch online pre-qualification links to new clients on behalf of the originator.
• Prepare web applications and handle other administrative tasks, including updating credit reports and AUS findings for licensed team members.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the originator while overseeing the calendar.
• Create and send thank-you cards to referral sources and new clients.
• Conduct credit checks on loans assigned to an originator.
• Gather supporting documents from customers for pre-approval.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities; possesses strong attention to detail and is highly organized.
• Proficient in data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
