Transaction Advisory AI Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic PowerPoint assignments derived from advisory tasks, which includes creating presentations from source materials, populating corporate templates, updating decks, and making accurate modifications.

• Methodically work through each task to determine a clear and correct solution.

• Craft yes-or-no checklists that are detailed enough for an AI evaluator to assess submissions.

• Participate in a 30-minute group walkthrough call after confirming your email.

• Generate one original task based on personal experience within approximately 45 minutes.

• Provide the necessary input files, a written expected outcome, and at least five binary rubric checks with one skill tag each for submission.

• Address revision requests via the account.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in transaction services, valuations, commercial due diligence, or strategy consulting.

• Extensive hands-on experience with PowerPoint, including native charts, tables, and corporate templates.

• Capability to define a correct deck with sufficient precision for another individual to evaluate it.

• Strong writing skills; all tasks must be authored by the candidate without the use of AI tools.

• A keen eye for detail.

• A willingness to learn about AI concepts and data.

• Must utilize only approved materials for sharing, ensuring that confidential employer or client information is excluded.

• Uploading input files is mandatory.

• The task and rubric must be completed without AI assistance in drafting, rewriting, or refining.

• Submission must be made through the account for automated screening and team evaluation.
