Training Specialist – Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Acting as the main point of contact for designated customers throughout their training journey

• Facilitating both individual and group training sessions with stakeholders from small to mid-sized accounts

• Developing expertise in all features and workflows of the MarketMan platform

• Conducting organized onboarding sessions that empower customers to use the platform with confidence

• Tracking customer progress and promptly notifying the Training Team Lead of any risks or issues

• Gathering and conveying customer feedback to the Training Team Lead

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate level experience in training or customer support

• Familiarity with the MarketMan platform or comparable software

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities

• Capability to clearly document procedures and progress
