This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver live (mainly remote) instructor-led training sessions and webinars to customers, partners, and internal teams, concentrating on enhancing mastery of the Vena product.
• Apply instructional design principles, technology, and adult learning theories to develop learning curricula, tools, and other educational resources.
• Develop, modify, and refine high-quality training materials in various formats to support and enhance the customer journey continuously.
• Exhibit expertise in the Vena product and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance product knowledge through updates and releases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product & Technology, Customer Success, and Marketing, to ensure training programs align with organizational objectives.
• Share best practices within the team to foster ongoing development of training initiatives related to customer implementations.
• Keep accurate and current training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with the Training Operations team to address internal and customer inquiries, offer support through the learning inbox, and assist with learner and session management.
• Travel as necessary to attend client events and site visits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in training or consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong presentation abilities both live and on video/audio, with the versatility to tailor style to different audience personas.
• Capable of applying adult learning theories effectively in classroom settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex technology clearly, concisely, and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as in conducting web-based meetings.
• Ability to comprehend and adapt to various audiences within the organization (including diverse individuals, groups, and varying levels of expertise).
• A proactive mindset for recognizing opportunities to enhance existing processes to facilitate scalability and growth.
• Eagerness to learn, with a proven ability to quickly adapt to and master new software programs.
• A motivated self-starter with high energy levels, capable of working independently within team projects.
