Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Assists the Learning & Development (L&D) department by managing, enhancing, and overseeing training materials available on SharePoint and associated learning platforms.

• Collaborates closely with L&D team members and subject matter experts (SMEs) to guarantee that training resources are precise, up-to-date, well-structured, and easily accessible.

• Facilitates training development, coordination, and administrative execution tasks that promote effective onboarding and continuous role-based learning, including technical expertise in SharePoint or other platform optimization and advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education, professional training, and experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SharePoint for page creation, document management, and collaboration.

• 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support position, ideally in a regulated or professional services setting.

• Experience in supporting learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS, document repositories).

• Familiarity with clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

• Capability to organize intricate content in a structured and user-friendly way.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong version control and documentation practices.

• Ability to adhere to established processes, standards, and governance requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfort in working independently while closely collaborating with a cross-functional team.

• Proficient in effective communication in English.
