Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• The Training Specialist plays a key role in the Learning & Development (L&D) function by managing, enhancing, and governing training content available on SharePoint and associated learning platforms.

• This position collaborates closely with L&D team members and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that training materials are accurate, up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible.

• Additionally, this role will assist with the optimization of platforms such as SharePoint.

• The Training Specialist is responsible for supporting training development, coordination, and administrative execution activities that facilitate effective onboarding and continuous role-based learning, including technical expertise in SharePoint or other platform enhancements and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education, professional training, and experience.

• Significant practical experience with SharePoint for page development, document management, and collaboration.

• 2–4 years of experience in training, learning operations, or administrative support, ideally in a regulated or professional services setting.

• Experience in supporting learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS, document repositories).

• Familiarity with clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

• Capability to organize complex content in a structured and user-friendly format.

• High attention to detail with a strong discipline in version control and documentation.

• Ability to adhere to defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service orientation.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working autonomously while closely collaborating with a cross-functional team.

• Proficient in communicating effectively in the English language.
