Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assists the Learning & Development (L&D) department by managing, enhancing, and overseeing training materials available on SharePoint and other related learning platforms.

• Collaborates closely with L&D team members and subject matter experts (SMEs) to guarantee that training resources are precise, up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible.

• Facilitates the optimization of platforms (e.g., SharePoint).

• Aids in the development, coordination, and administrative execution of training activities that foster effective onboarding and continuous role-based learning, including technical expertise in SharePoint or other platform enhancements and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience.

• Robust experience utilizing SharePoint for page creation, document management, and collaboration.

• 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support capacity, preferably in a regulated or professional services setting.

• Experience in supporting learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS, document repositories).

• Familiarity with clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

• Capability to structure complex content in a clear, user-friendly format.

• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on version control and documentation practices.

• Ability to adhere to established processes, standards, and governance requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with a cross-functional team.

• Proficient in effective communication in the English language.
