Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• The Training Specialist will be tasked with creating and conducting technical software training sessions for clients, both online and in-person.

• Collaborates with the Intelex Project Team to determine the Technical Configuration of applications acquired by customers through an analysis of the Application Design Documentation, User Stories, and Configuration Workbooks.

• Engages with Intelex Customers to assess their familiarity with the Intelex Application prior to providing training.

• Produces tailored training documentation focused on Intelex/Customer Application Specific training as well as standard Platform out-of-the-box training.

• Creates customized training materials based on optimal usage of Intelex functionalities and the administration of application modules.

• Responsible for researching, developing, preparing, and delivering both onsite and online training sessions.

• Evaluates and interprets user requirements, technical specifications, and application features, converting them into suitable training formats.

• Serves as a subject matter expert and consistently seeks opportunities for enhancing product knowledge and capabilities.

• Accountable for meeting a weekly utilization target that balances customer-related tasks with internal projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in delivering training materials to both individuals and groups.

• Previous experience in Software Training is considered a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint at an expert level.

• Prior experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Skilled in facilitating sessions using web conferencing applications like WebEx or GoToMeeting.

• Familiarity with training development and delivery technologies for eLearning, such as Camtasia or Articulate Storyline.

• Experienced in converting technical documentation into instructional training content.
