Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-quality training sessions while ensuring effective coordination of learning initiatives.

• Actualize a comprehensive training philosophy through clear, engaging, and audience-focused communication.

• Act as a trusted consultant to clients by assisting in the identification of training requirements and broader development opportunities.

• Create and deliver training sessions that incorporate adult learning principles, behavioral change strategies, and interactive facilitation techniques.

• Lead engaging, narrative-driven discussions and workshops on a variety of subjects.

• Demonstrate proficiency in AI tools and integrate them into a wider context of productivity and professional development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design extensive training programs and development pathways.

• Collect and analyze learner feedback to evaluate skill acquisition and behavioral impact.

• Maintain an engaging, flexible, and learner-focused presence in delivery settings.

• Contribute to the advancement of training content by identifying trends in workplace skills and learning demands.

• Support administrative and reporting tasks as necessary.

• Travel as needed to conduct onsite workshops and facilitate in-person development sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in corporate training, professional development, coaching, or adult education.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or align with US operating hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools.

• Proven ability to facilitate both technical and non-technical (professional development) training sessions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design, or behavioral change methodologies is preferred.

• Experience in training on topics such as communication, leadership, productivity, or workplace effectiveness is highly preferred.

• Experience with generative AI tools is highly sought after, particularly in relation to workflow and productivity improvement.
