Training Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Facilitating live, instructor-led virtual training sessions to promote high levels of engagement and knowledge retention among employees.

• Providing individualized support for learners, addressing questions that arise outside of the main class discussions.

• Developing and tailoring training materials for employees.

• Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ascertain training needs, collect feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Assessing and reporting on the effectiveness of training initiatives through surveys, evaluations, and participant feedback.

• Crafting engaging, interactive training programs grounded in sound andragogical principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting users in enterprise settings with Microsoft business applications.

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Clipchamp, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Classic Outlook, and New Outlook.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• At least 2 years of experience in designing and delivering software training that aligns with large-scale digital transformations.

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills suitable for diverse audiences.

• Ability to distill complex concepts and actively engage participants.

• Confidence in delivering live demonstrations and promptly addressing most inquiries.

• Robust skills in instructional design and curriculum development.

• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Expert, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Master.
