This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct live and asynchronous training sessions, handling agendas and resolving technical challenges.
• Manage the comprehensive logistics for training events, ensuring all necessary prerequisites are fulfilled accurately.
• Act as the main contact for providers, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Analyze provider technical issues to identify trends and create strategies to enhance the training experience.
• Recognize gaps in training processes and contribute to the development of scalable solutions.
• Foster strong partnerships with Clinical, HR, and IT teams to align training delivery with organizational needs.
• Update and maintain essential training resources within internal platforms.
• Provide stability in a fast-paced environment by making data-informed decisions with partial information.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a comparable enablement area.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is mandatory.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gemini, and WorkRamp (LMS) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects, implement process enhancements, and resolve technical issues independently.
