This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish, develop, and oversee a network of accredited training providers.
• Evaluate worker caseload requirements and pinpoint deficiencies in current offerings.
• Map existing provisions and service deficiencies, implementing additional or alternative solutions as needed.
• Represent Reed in Partnership during external meetings.
• Collaborate with training providers to enhance accessibility and address employer needs.
• Design, execute, and uphold quality assurance frameworks.
• Conduct audits, compliance evaluations, and performance assessments.
• Monitor training outcomes against contractual KPIs and quality benchmarks.
• Analyze management information and performance metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor, coach, and instruct staff as required.
• Lead and supervise a small team of Training Network Executives.
• Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance expectations with training providers.
• Analyze worker feedback and outcome data to foster continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with employer engagement and delivery teams to ensure responsive, relevant, and results-oriented training provisions.
• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) certification.
• Experience in sales management, including oversight of individual/team performance and delivery.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Experience in people management, including support, mentoring, coaching, and development.
• Minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE in English Language at a minimum of Grade B (or an equivalent Level 2 qualification), or successful completion of a Level 2 Literacy Assessment during the interview.
• Strong administrative capabilities.
• Proficient in computer and technology use.
• Basic numeracy and spreadsheet skills.
• Skills in quality assurance and audits.
• Strong written communication and record-keeping skills.
• A genuine interest in people and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel across the UK when necessary, including to Aberdeen.
• Desirable: experience in employment support, skills development, or employability sectors.
• Desirable: experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Desirable: experience managing a business-to-business sales process.
• Desirable: knowledge of Clean Energy, Oil and Gas, and Industry Priority Sectors.
