This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the operational management of the training supply chain.
• Serve as the primary contact for training providers on a daily basis.
• Oversee the delivery, monitoring, and administration of training services across the NSJS programme.
• Identify and onboard suitable training providers based on Worker requirements.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and local operational teams to evaluate Worker caseload needs.
• Recognize deficiencies in existing training provisions.
• Analyze and document provision and service gaps.
• Introduce additional or alternative provisions in response to changes in service demands.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with training providers.
• Ensure that training services adhere to programme requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Assess performance against established measures, targets, and quality standards.
• Assist in identifying improvement opportunities and executing corrective actions in conjunction with the Training Network Manager.
• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance.
• Experience in an administrative or coordination capacity.
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification), OR successful completion of a Level 2 Literacy Assessment at the interview stage.
• Strong administrative abilities.
• Proficient in computer/technology skills.
• Basic numeracy and spreadsheet skills.
• Good written communication and record-keeping skills.
• A genuine interest in people and a willingness to learn.
• Desirable: Experience in education, working with training providers, or on skills/employability programmes.
• Desirable: Experience in a fast-paced, performance-target-driven environment.
• Desirable: Familiarity with local training and learning provisions available.
• Desirable: Knowledge of the Clean Energy, Oil and Gas, and Industry Priority Sectors.
• Willingness to travel around the UK as necessary, including to Aberdeen.
• Must be capable of adhering to programme requirements, policies, and procedures.
