• Provide hands-on, interactive training sessions for the charly software.

• Facilitate seminars both in-person and through remote platforms.

• Create innovative seminar materials to continuously enhance the training offerings.

• Collaborate with the team to execute various projects.

• Evaluate processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Proficiency with the charly software.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the Bavaria region.

• Demonstrated experience in customer support.
