Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Capable of standing on stage and inspiring others

• Functions as a project and production leader

• Identify needs, develop, and plan training programs

• Create educational materials based on the provided strategy

• Manage training logistics

• Ensure participants acquire skills for each sales cycle

• Spend time in stores for employee coaching

• Conduct in-store training sessions and events

• Thrives on traveling and being on the go

• Flexible with working hours

• Works two Saturdays each month

• Makeup experience is an advantage
