πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main technical support and training resource for Hisense HVAC products post-sale in the designated area.

β€’ Respond to technical support inquiries and offer troubleshooting assistance to distributors, contractors, sales representatives, and internal support teams.

β€’ Conduct training sessions in-person, remotely, and in classrooms covering installation, startup, service, troubleshooting, and best practices.

β€’ Occasionally assist on-site with startup, troubleshooting, and quality assurance testing for inverter unitary, ductless, and VRF systems.

β€’ Focus mainly on single-phase inverter-based products while maintaining a thorough understanding of product lines, installation prerequisites, controls, diagnostics, and service protocols.

β€’ Collaborate with distributors and contractors to enhance product knowledge, installation standards, troubleshooting skills, and overall customer satisfaction.

β€’ Record field issues, training requirements, product feedback, quality concerns, and frequent technical inquiries.

β€’ Help create service, installation, troubleshooting, and training materials for support tools, applications, and customer-facing resources.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ An associate degree or HVAC-related technical certification is required.

β€’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.

β€’ More than 2 years of on-field product support experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

β€’ Proven experience in delivering both classroom and hands-on HVAC technical training.

β€’ Capability to provide in-person and online training and technical support to clients.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills.

β€’ Proficient in delivering professional presentations and instructions.

β€’ Competence with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

β€’ Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and follow directions from others.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 30% within the United States and Canada.

β€’ Capability to work autonomously while aligning with business and leadership goals.
