This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop, organize, and conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions on ACM monitoring solutions for sales teams, clinical specialists, and customers.
• Create, execute, and continuously enhance training programs that align with ACM's commercial and clinical objectives.
• Equip sales and clinical teams with the skills to effectively promote ACM monitoring solutions through comprehensive training.
• Tailor global and regional training resources to meet local market requirements while ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Act as the main contact for inquiries related to monitoring training.
• Gather, evaluate, and utilize training feedback to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional managers to ensure strategic coherence and maintain precise training documentation.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in delivering training, ideally within the medical devices or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
• Understanding of hospital workflows (ICU, NICU, OR, etc.) is essential.
• Familiarity with ACM monitoring solutions is preferred.
