This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide high-quality, engaging training on health and wellbeing throughout Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.
• Conduct approved training sessions that focus on Very Brief Advice (VBA), behavior change discussions, and enhancing referral confidence.
• Assist professionals in both statutory and voluntary community sector organizations to maximize every interaction.
• Collaborate with the Partnership Team, Health Improvement Lead, and operational colleagues to establish effective training partnerships.
• Deliver and modify approved training on key public health topics, such as smoking cessation and healthy eating.
• Organize, coordinate, and promote the training offerings both internally and externally.
• Partner with statutory and voluntary community sector organizations to provide approved training.
• At least two years of experience in delivering training or working within a training setting.
• A recognized teaching or training qualification (or actively pursuing one).
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at Grade B or higher (or an equivalent Level 2 qualification), or a willingness to undertake a literacy assessment during the interview.
• Experience in health and wellbeing or public health contexts.
• Excellent facilitation, administrative, IT, and communication skills.
• A strong commitment to equality, safeguarding, and delivering high-quality services.
• Readiness to travel locally as required.
