πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the creation and execution of customized training programs tailored to customer requirements, utilizing both virtual and in-person formats across various market segments, including hospitals, community environments, pharmacies, and private healthcare entities.

β€’ Collaborate effectively with marketing, training, technical services, global product management, and commercial teams.

β€’ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Afinion and Cholestech LDX platforms.

β€’ Possess a robust technical understanding of the product portfolio, encompassing governance, quality processes, troubleshooting support, and complaint monitoring.

β€’ Assist with the technical aspects of tender submissions.

β€’ Engage closely with customers to enhance engagement and retention, actively identifying opportunities for upselling and increasing product utilization.

β€’ Create innovative training programs and initiatives to adapt to changing market dynamics and support ongoing business growth.

β€’ Complete and submit necessary administrative tasks promptly, including customer record management and activity (Sales Force), rolling forecasts, monthly highlights, expenses, training records, etc., in accordance with divisional standards.

β€’ Manage samples, demonstration devices, and promotional expenditures.

β€’ Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed.

β€’ Represent Abbott professionally in alignment with company image, ensuring all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

β€’ Relevant product knowledge, including the ability to communicate clinical and/or technical data.

β€’ Proficient computer skills for utilizing Abbott's field reporting data system and for necessary correspondence and spreadsheet management.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills.

β€’ Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

β€’ Strong customer-oriented mindset.

β€’ Confident with a proactive attitude.
