This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee the creation and execution of customized training programs tailored to customer requirements, utilizing both virtual and in-person formats across various market segments, including hospitals, community environments, pharmacies, and private healthcare entities.
β’ Collaborate effectively with marketing, training, technical services, global product management, and commercial teams.
β’ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Afinion and Cholestech LDX platforms.
β’ Possess a robust technical understanding of the product portfolio, encompassing governance, quality processes, troubleshooting support, and complaint monitoring.
β’ Assist with the technical aspects of tender submissions.
β’ Engage closely with customers to enhance engagement and retention, actively identifying opportunities for upselling and increasing product utilization.
β’ Create innovative training programs and initiatives to adapt to changing market dynamics and support ongoing business growth.
β’ Complete and submit necessary administrative tasks promptly, including customer record management and activity (Sales Force), rolling forecasts, monthly highlights, expenses, training records, etc., in accordance with divisional standards.
β’ Manage samples, demonstration devices, and promotional expenditures.
β’ Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed.
β’ Represent Abbott professionally in alignment with company image, ensuring all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
β’ Relevant product knowledge, including the ability to communicate clinical and/or technical data.
β’ Proficient computer skills for utilizing Abbott's field reporting data system and for necessary correspondence and spreadsheet management.
