This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Independently oversee multiple concurrent roadmaps, balancing strategic agility with precise daily execution.
• Develop and maintain enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting mechanisms to ensure consistency among trainers.
• Take ownership of the onboarding process for new Trainers.
• Convert product updates into communications that foster customer adoption and prompt early order behavior.
• Transform tool and internal process updates into structured learning experiences for smooth daily workflow integration.
• Implement enablement best practices to guarantee a high-quality experience for Trainers while upholding exceptional operational standards.
• Create scalable coaching and development systems that empower frontline leaders to effectively coach, certify, and nurture Trainers at all career stages.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a dynamic operational environment.
• Proven capability to establish and drive enablement priorities in collaboration with senior leadership.
• A successful history of analyzing complex, cross-functional inputs, outlining optimal workflows, and reverse-engineering to develop a highly organized strategy.
• High degree of autonomy.
• Experience in managing change through influence among diverse, cross-functional, and cross-regional stakeholder groups.
