• Facilitate the onboarding process for new advisers joining QFP by providing induction and licensing training.
• Conduct business submission webinars for advisers and staff from AR firms to enhance the quality of case submissions to QFP.
• Create training interactions aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of advisers or AR firms.
• Develop case studies and assessments to evaluate adviser knowledge.
• Evaluate adviser competence through role-plays and offer constructive feedback for development.
• Cultivate strong relationships within Quilter, AR Firms, and Advisers.
• Complete and document a minimum of 35 hours of relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) annually.
• Level 4 qualification in Financial Advice is mandatory.
• Level 3 qualification in Mortgage Advice is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs within the financial services sector, adhering to agreed timelines.
• Background in developing financial advisers or financial services teams (e.g., compliance or case checking).
• Comprehensive understanding of financial services, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong grasp of the advice process, compliance, and the interpersonal skills necessary for a Financial Advisor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, along with experience in utilizing training design tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with POS/CRM systems utilized by Advisers to support their advisory services.
• Capability to adapt training methods to cater to diverse learning styles and environments.
• Attention to detail in ensuring training materials are accurate.
• Strong ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Holiday entitlement of 182 hours (26 days).
