Training Development Lead – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of course materials, including design, publication, testing, and implementation.

• Offer technical, instructional design, and operational management for various programs.

• Communicate and ensure a comprehensive understanding of training strategies and objectives on a global scale.

• Coordinate deliverables among cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with business units and subject matter experts to determine training requirements.

• Supervise activities related to compliance oversight of training initiatives.

• Create metrics and performance measures, along with reporting and analysis to fulfill business needs.

• Ensure adherence to training and educational regulatory standards.

• Guide and mentor junior team members, serving as a role model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Master's degree in Educational Technology or Instructional Design preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, or clinical development.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering educational solutions.

• Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in design.

• Familiarity with Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory processes within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with compliance-focused training programs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, the Articulate suite, and software such as Adobe, Vyond, or Camtasia.
