Training Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of courseware, including aspects such as course design, publishing, testing, and deployment.

• Provide technical expertise, instructional design, and operational management for various programs, ensuring accountability for meeting project commitments.

• Communicate and promote a comprehensive understanding of training strategies and objectives on a global scale.

• Manage deliverables in line with approved plans and timelines, collaborating with multi-functional teams involved in course design, development, and deployment.

• Collaborate with relevant business units and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to proactively assess training needs and facilitate the development and implementation of training programs.

• Offer guidance on processes, oversee activities related to training program compliance, and ensure that programs and projects are evaluated for effectiveness and client satisfaction.

• Develop metrics and performance indicators, conduct reporting and analysis to address business needs and regulatory obligations; manage budgets for training initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to training and educational regulatory requirements while consistently applying best practices, standards, and training globally to support readiness for inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and/or clinical development.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions.

• Proven understanding of adult learning principles and experience design.

• Familiarity with the fields of Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, the Articulate suite, and at least one of the following tools: Adobe, Vyond, or Camtasia.
