Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee performance in relation to clinical and operational metrics

• Inspire, lead, and ensure accountability within a team of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and social workers

• Prepare, review, and analyze performance and health outcome reports to pinpoint areas needing improvement and act swiftly to address known issues

• Develop staffing schedules to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Assist with the recruitment of clinical staff members

• Implement corporate and regional strategies to provide high-quality patient care

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory

• Experience in supervising nurses, nurse practitioners, and social workers

• Demonstrated accountability for performance and achieving results

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and manage a high volume of concurrent priorities

• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

• Over 3 years of prior experience in Managed Care or Delegated Risk Partnerships
