Asset Sustainability Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the execution of Stonewater's Sustainability Strategy and its retrofit initiatives.

• Evaluating property data and performing energy modeling to uncover areas for enhancement.

• Formulating and contributing to the development of future energy efficiency investment initiatives.

• Aiding in grant funding applications and ensuring adherence to funding stipulations.

• Overseeing and reporting on program performance and environmental results.

• Upholding high standards for asset, energy, and environmental data integrity.

• Staying informed about new legislation, regulations, and best practices related to retrofitting.

• Creating guidance documents, reports, and process documentation to facilitate organizational delivery.

• Reviewing and approving recommendations from external retrofit coordinators or consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in an energy, sustainability, retrofit, or environmental position.

• Familiarity with energy efficiency strategies, decarbonization, and retrofit solutions for residential properties.

• Knowledge of SAP, RdSAP, and PAS2035 principles.

• Experience with grant-funded programs and performance reporting.

• Understanding of relevant environmental laws, building codes, and emerging industry standards.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and identify avenues for continuous enhancement.
