This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the complete SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, encompassing governance, cadence, and alignment with executives.
• Combine demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans to create a balanced and actionable operating strategy.
• Supervise demand planning to enhance forecast accuracy and minimize bias through data-driven insights.
• Manage supply and production planning across manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment of capacity constraints and material availability with demand.
• Streamline inventory management across raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods to achieve a balance between service, cost, and working capital.
• Collaborate with procurement to guarantee material availability and ensure supplier alignment with production needs.
• Work alongside manufacturing leadership to confirm feasible production schedules and maintain high adherence to plans.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and plan attainment.
• Propel digital transformation initiatives through advanced planning systems (APS) and analytical tools.
• Lead and cultivate high-performing planning teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• Comprehensive experience in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
