Training Development Lead – 12 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of courseware, including design, publication, testing, and deployment.

• Provide technical support, instructional design expertise, and operational management for various programs.

• Communicate and foster a comprehensive understanding of training strategies and objectives on a global scale.

• Manage project deliverables in accordance with approved plans and timelines across diverse multi-functional teams.

• Collaborate with relevant business lines and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to proactively assess training requirements.

• Supervise activities pertaining to compliance oversight of training initiatives.

• Create metrics and performance measures, along with reporting and analysis.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for training and education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• A Master's degree in Education Technology or Instructional Design is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, or clinical development.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering educational solutions.

• Proven understanding of adult learning principles and experience design.

• Strong knowledge of Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory processes.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Preferred previous experience in compliance-oriented training programs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, the Articulate suite, and at least one of the following: Adobe, Vyond, or Camtasia.
