This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with our team to understand how a Training Coordinator facilitates organizational growth.
• Observe the daily functions of our digital learning ecosystem.
• Aid in the organization of training programs across different departments.
• Discover how to use data-driven insights to assess training effectiveness.
• Get ready to serve as a 'digital gardener' for a Learning Management System.
• Assist in the organization and communication of training logistics among departments.
• Work with the team to promote training opportunities, collect feedback, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Create and provide comprehensive status updates and performance reports regarding compliance and participation metrics.
• Strong willingness to learn LMS administration (with Schoox as the main platform) to centralize learning and enhance employee development.
• Openness to training on enterprise business systems, such as NetSuite and BambooHR, to grasp operational workflows.
• Enthusiasm for developing scalable eLearning solutions and learning to use tools like Canva, Articulate, and Gemini AI.
• Basic proficiency in productivity suites (including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office) with a desire to learn project management tools like Jira.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in engaging with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders.
