This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Coordinate schedules for training sessions, manage invites, and track attendance.
• Oversee LMS enrollment, monitor progress, track completions, and follow up with learners.
• Ensure that training materials, links, and modules are properly uploaded, organized, and accessible.
• Maintain comprehensive training documentation, attendance records, and compliance tracking.
• Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, LMS modules, and reference links before sessions.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure timely completion of required training.
• Act as the liaison between new hires, HR, and the Staff Trainer.
• Aid employees in accessing and navigating Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
• Identify and report outdated, unclear, or inconsistent training content or KB articles to the Staff Trainer for resolution.
• Ensure that training references (slides, LMS, guides) are updated and aligned with the latest KB articles.
• Maintain knowledge of company-wide and department-specific KB structures.
• Assist in the correct assignment of LMS courses based on employee role and department.
• Support the updating of LMS content for review by the Staff Trainer.
• Gather training feedback and data on learner progress.
• Prepare training summaries and reports for the Staff Trainer's review.
• Document new hire progress, identify gaps, and highlight areas for reinforcement.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Staff Trainer from time to time.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or a related discipline.
• Relevant training or certification in training is considered a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR support, onboarding, or learning operations.
• Practical experience with an LMS platform, including enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, or Knowledge Base systems.
• Experience in a BPO, shared services, or high-volume onboarding environment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through on tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trainees and tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
• Capable of adhering to structured processes and escalating issues appropriately.
• Base Salary: PHP 25,000 – 40,000/month.
