This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate standardized training sessions with light customization for small to medium, low-complexity practices both in-person and virtually.
• Provide virtual or on-site go-live support to enhance user adoption and build confidence among users.
• Offer assistance after go-live, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
• Evaluate learner proficiency and deliver focused reinforcement to ensure skill competency.
• Maintain detailed training records, including attendance, learner feedback, and session specifics.
• Keep abreast of software updates, industry best practices, and internal processes to ensure training materials remain accurate and relevant.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in training, customer support, or within a healthcare/EHR environment.
• Experience in Allergy or a similar field is preferred.
• Previous involvement in supporting EHR/healthcare software go-lives or user adoption initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Foundational skills in facilitation and presentation, both in-person and online.
• Capability to engage diverse groups of learners.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, demonstrating sound judgment in routine scenarios.
• Ability to tailor delivery styles to meet learner needs and adjust based on real-time feedback.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Quick learner of new software, providing basic product support, including occasional off-hours or weekend assistance as needed.
• Willingness to travel 75–90%, including some weekends.
• Strong consultative and empathetic communication style.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional best practices.
• Knowledge of Apple and/or mobile devices, including Mac, iPad, and iPhone, in a business/training context.
• Proficient with common business and training tools, such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Cloud Coach, and AI tools or similar systems.
