• Oversee comprehensive implementations of Pinewood.AI for dealership accounting and finance, from initial discovery and scoping to configuration, training, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Set up and verify financial workflows, including general ledger mappings, journal entries, reporting, and integrations with OEMs and third-party systems.
• Design, modify, and provide high-quality training for diverse audiences, ranging from entry-level clerks to controllers and financial directors, both in-person and online.
• Develop and adapt training materials specifically for the North American market, customizing terminology, spelling, examples, and process details for users in the U.S.
• Guide best practices for dealership financial workflows, covering accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, manufacturer statements, compliance, and month-end procedures.
• Conduct business change initiatives including stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and assessments of training effectiveness.
• Document lessons learned, contribute to the creation of implementation playbooks, and mentor team members to enhance overall team capabilities.
• Work collaboratively with product, support, and delivery teams to address issues, provide feedback, and enhance the overall implementation process.
• Travel extensively throughout North America, approximately 80% of the time, to provide on-site consultancy and training.
• Strong background in dealership accounting, finance, or F&I operations with extensive experience in end-to-end financial processes.
• Proven expertise in training, facilitation, and change management for enterprise software (DMS or accounting/ERP platforms).
• Practical experience in configuring and validating financial workflows within dealership systems.
• Experience in designing curricula and training materials, including localization for new markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-site implementations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of major dealership management and financial systems such as CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and motivating diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, analytical, and adept at prioritizing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven history of enhancing implementation or training methodologies within a team or organization.
• Experience in fast-growing or international technology companies, preferably in startup-like environments.
• Strong awareness of how dealership financial performance impacts overall dealership success.
• Adaptable and proactive, excelling in a dynamic startup environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the U.S. and Canada (approximately 80%).
