📋 Description

• Participate in partner-led implementation projects as the Kyriba functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering expert insights on advanced configurations, intricate scenarios, and specific module needs.

• Assist current Kyriba clients through Value Added Services (VAS) engagements — introducing new modules, configuring added functionalities, and enhancing client utilization of the platform.

• Accurately configure and test Kyriba modules (Cash Management, Payments, Forecasting, Connectivity, FX, GL, Hedge Accounting, Risk Management) across multiple simultaneous engagements with a focus on quality.

• Develop innovative, tailored solutions that tackle unique challenges faced by clients and partners, delivering measurable business benefits.

• Handle a substantial workload for multiple clients concurrently, quickly adapting to changing priorities and new demands.

• Establish strong relationships with implementation partner teams, acting as a reliable and authoritative Kyriba representative, capable of rationalizing the expertise and billing rates provided by Kyriba.

• Facilitate client and partner meetings related to your area of expertise, proactively addressing issues, and ensuring clear communication throughout each task or workstream.

• Assist clients and partners during UAT (user acceptance testing), resolve issues, and provide go-live support to guarantee smooth transitions and user adoption.

• Represent Kyriba professionally and with deep domain knowledge in front of senior partner consultants, client executives, and technical stakeholders.

• Conduct thorough client training sessions designed for end-users, administrators, and power users, promoting quick proficiency and adoption.

• Develop customized training agendas, materials, and best practice guidelines that empower clients to fully leverage Kyriba's value.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for intricate designs, configurations, and client challenges, delivering authoritative guidance to partner teams and project stakeholders.

• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance team capabilities across the Professional Services (PS) organization.

• Manage a high-volume, reactive workload across multiple concurrent client and partner engagements, effectively prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality results under changing demands.

• Apply Kyriba implementation best practices to guarantee high-quality, timely delivery across all engagements, irrespective of their scope or duration.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date timesheets; ensure transparency in task progress and utilization across concurrent assignments.

• Proactively communicate your availability, risks, and workload status to the Practice Lead to facilitate effective resource planning.

• Acquire and maintain Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) certifications across functional and technical modules, including advanced certifications.

• Remain updated on treasury best practices, industry developments, and innovations in Kyriba products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 5–7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury management system (TMS) implementations, professional services, or related consulting roles.

• Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact client engagements that require extensive functional expertise in treasury, payments, or risk.

• Experience in leading or participating in complete end-to-end implementations is a significant advantage, providing the necessary context to support partners and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Previous experience with TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP, or financial systems is highly preferred.

• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential; this role serves US-based clients and implementation partners.
