This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the training and development initiatives for our Patient Coordinator, Billing Call Center, Patient Experience, and Document Control teams.
• Take charge of our training programs, utilizing artificial intelligence and data analytics to identify skill gaps and create effective onboarding processes.
• Promote a culture of ongoing development and employ modern technologies to enhance employee performance and boost productivity.
• Ensure that training initiatives align with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
• Use artificial intelligence tools to develop training materials and improve e-learning experiences.
• Work closely with supervisors and line managers to evaluate current and future training needs.
• Create tailored training and development plans for individuals and teams to meet operational expectations.
• Review, select, and update training materials to guarantee their relevance and effectiveness.
• Implement a variety of training methods to accommodate different adult learning styles.
• Oversee the daily operations of training associates and consultants, ensuring high-quality training delivery.
• Facilitate effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading training programs, preferably for inside sales or revenue-generating teams.
• Knowledge of established sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, The Challenger Sale, SPIN) is a significant advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Certifications in L&D (e.g., CPTD, APTD), process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt), or healthcare compliance and billing (e.g., CPB, CPC, HIPAA) are preferred.
• A background in medical billing, healthcare document control, or patient experience is highly desirable.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Highly proficient in technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), generative AI tools, data analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI), and instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360).
• Strong communication, writing, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to produce clear reports and training manuals.
