Trainer – Stromprojekt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Implementation and achievement of coaching objectives within the project

• Design of coaching programs and systematic, methodological teaching

• Preparation and execution of effective coaching sessions

• Monitoring and reporting on the transferred knowledge

• Training needs analysis to select the appropriate coaching approach

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German skills

• Good English proficiency (at least B2 level)

• Strong self-management, eagerness to learn, and creative abilities

• Distinct analytical skills, teaching ability, and a systematic-methodical approach

• Knowledge in relationship management
