Trainer for Freight Forwarding and Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Instruction tailored to specific subjects from the home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Employ a diverse range of teaching methods for lesson development

• Create and enhance learning materials in accordance with the curriculum

• Perform assessments to evaluate competency improvements

• Assist participants in navigating their journey toward a successful career

• Encourage self-directed learning aligned with the principles of Learning 4.0 – focusing on digital, interactive, and practical approaches

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in freight forwarding and logistics services or customs administration (Dakosy)

• Relevant professional experience in freight forwarding, especially in customs, IT-ATLAS procedures, transportation modes, and logistics

• Familiarity with legal frameworks, commercial management and control, cost and performance accounting, as well as desirable communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in teaching, preferably in adult education settings

• Strong methodological and pedagogical abilities in delivering instructional content

• Dependable, self-sufficient, and organized work style with a high level of personal accountability

• Excellent German language proficiency (C2 level)

• Pedagogical qualification, such as AEVO, is preferred
