Trainer – Learning Facilitator for Basic Skills

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Personalized support and guidance for participants throughout their learning and development journeys.

• Assistance in enhancing professional, methodological, social, and personal competencies.

• Development and enhancement of interdisciplinary teaching and learning materials.

• Creation of practice-oriented exercises and learning prompts.

• Accountability for the ongoing development of the modules “Professional Office Training,” “Workplace Mathematics,” and “Workplace Mathematics for IT Professions.”

• Innovation in crafting learning scenarios, interactive prompts, and collaborative learning setups aligned with Learning 4.0.

• Close cooperation with colleagues.

• Active engagement in developmental and improvement processes.

• Participation in quality assurance initiatives.

• Continuous enhancement of learning offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in education, social pedagogy, business administration, or a related field.

• Ideally, experience in teaching foundational skills, particularly in mathematics and/or Professional Office Training.

• Strong New Work philosophy.

• Passion for facilitating learning processes and developing competencies.

• Proficient use of digital learning environments and modern collaboration and communication tools.

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, motivational abilities, and a responsible work ethic.

• Willingness to take ownership of learning content and its continuous development.

• Team-oriented mindset and readiness to actively contribute to an open learning and working culture.

• Proficient in German as the language of instruction (C2 level).

• Willingness to attend at least one in-person meeting each year.
