This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Represent your field with passion and foresight.

• Design teaching strategies as both a contributor and a supporter in the role of a Learning Companion for Learning 4.0.

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from home using WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.

• Provide a comprehensive overview of principles, terms, and application areas of BIM throughout the entire building lifecycle.

• Employ various teaching methods, including practical case studies and group work, to enhance lesson design.

• Explain levels of detail (LOD), data quality requirements, and information flows.

• Prepare and create instructional learning materials according to the curriculum.

• Conduct assessments to measure competency growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

• Solid practical and methodological knowledge in the field of BIM.

• Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various lifecycle phases.

• Strong communication skills.

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or delivering case studies.

• Pedagogical suitability (AEVO).

• Methodical-didactic skill in conveying teaching content.

• Independent and structured work style with high personal responsibility.
