Trainer – Service Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Strategizing, designing, and implementing onboarding training programs for new hires

• Facilitating technical refreshers, soft-skill development, and upskilling workshops, along with coaching

• Evaluating knowledge gaps and formulating targeted training solutions

• Collaborating closely with team leaders, quality assurance, and project management

• Assisting in the creation and upkeep of training resources, e-learning modules, and knowledge repositories

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a trainer, coach, or learning specialist in a customer service or service industry setting

• Proficient in German and English, both written and verbal (C2+)

• Strong didactic skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a high degree of empathy

• Experience in developing and utilizing digital learning formats (e-learning, blended learning, etc.)

• High self-motivation and capability to self-manage in a remote work environment

• Ideally, familiarity with tools such as MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
