This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting existing training programs for various groups of managers nationwide.

• Assisting in fulfilling the growing need for training sessions led by and for individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, or other people of color.

• Interacting with prospective clients to create tailored training packages.

• Providing feedback on curriculum updates and product designs as necessary.

• Working alongside the training team to enhance antiracist practices, improve services, evaluate impact, and foster collective learning.

• Measuring success based on the degree to which organizations adopt improved management practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive management experience in progressive nonprofit organizations (such as executive director, CEO, vice president, or other C-suite roles).

• Profound understanding of equitable management and leadership within social justice or educational equity organizations.

• Experience in teaching both virtually and face-to-face.

• Capable of utilizing both lecture and experiential learning methods.

• Strong foundation in equitable management practices.

• Experience in addressing performance challenges and fostering a culture of belonging.

• Ability to establish trust and credibility with nonprofit organizations, their leaders, and managers.

• Willingness to seek, accept, and implement feedback regarding your own work.
