This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct analyses to identify training needs and translate those findings into role-specific learning goals, curricula, training matrices, and delivery strategies.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning programs in both English and French.
• Create and maintain courses, learning pathways, assignments, assessments, completion tracking, and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, job aids, and user documentation.
• Deliver engaging training sessions both remotely and on-site for utility customers and internal teams.
• Create and implement test plans, scenarios, test cases, expected outcomes, and supporting documentation.
• Provide support for functionality, workflow, regression, conversion-validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Document test results, defects, retesting outcomes, training deficiencies, and readiness issues.
• Utilize approved AI technologies to enhance training, testing, analysis, documentation, and the reusable delivery of assets.
• Validate AI-assisted work to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, appropriate terminology, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Assist customers during testing, go-live phases, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Collaborate with teams in Project Management, Consulting, Technical Services, Conversion, Reporting, Development, and Support.
• Maintain precise project documentation, time records, site logs, and status updates.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing implementation enablement methods, tools, templates, and processes.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and French, both written and verbal.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in instructional design, software training, software testing, business analysis, application consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience in the utilities industry, with knowledge of utility operations, customer service, billing, or related business processes.
• Proven experience in conducting training needs analyses and developing role-based learning programs.
• Practical experience in designing, publishing, maintaining, and reporting on training through a Learning Management System.
• Experience in creating instructor-led, virtual, blended, or eLearning content.
• Experience in developing or executing test plans, scenarios, test cases, and user acceptance testing.
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly utilize modern AI technologies to enhance training, testing, analysis, or documentation.
• Strong skills in facilitation, presentation, analysis, problem-solving, and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, Smartsheet, and LMS platforms.
• Capability to manage multiple customer and project priorities in a fast-paced Professional Services environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.
• Valid passport and the ability to travel throughout North America.
• Legally eligible for international travel, including necessary travel visas or passport-based exemptions for Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
