Trainer – No-Code Apps für Geschäftsprozesse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the learning success and motivation of participants

• Guiding learners in a Flipped Classroom model

• Assisting in the creation of a functional No-Code app to support a previously modeled business process

• Encouraging active engagement with learning content and its practical application

• Stimulating discussions about learned material in innovative formats

• Ensuring a positive learning and working atmosphere

• Overseeing individual task completion and evaluating project work

• Supporting the (further) development of the product

• Conducting online lessons from a home office

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in No-Code business process automation & AI agents (2 years +)

• Extensive practice in business process automation and the development of No-Code apps for business processes

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or other relevant fields and/or professional experience

• Solid knowledge in building simple applications for process support

• Well-versed in the structure and modeling of database structures

• Proficient in user guidance and UX

• Experience in implementing the tool and its functionalities

• Knowledge of interfaces to other tools

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps

• Ability to effectively use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support automation processes

• Include an overview of projects utilizing No-Code tools or AI applications
