Trainer – No-Code Apps for Business Processes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the success and motivation of participants' learning as a trainer.

• Assist participants in developing a functional No-Code application to support a modeled business process, including presenting the application.

• Foster active participation with the course material and its real-world application.

• Encourage group discussions on learned concepts using innovative formats.

• Oversee participants' individual project task handling and evaluate their submissions.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the product.

• Provide instruction remotely (from home office).

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience in No-Code business process automation and AI agents (minimum of 2 years).

• Significant hands-on experience in business process automation and creating No-Code applications for business processes.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration/economics, or a related field, and/or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong understanding of developing simple applications for process support and the ability to articulate concepts clearly.

• Comprehensive knowledge of database structures and data modeling.

• Proficient in user flows and user experience (UX), with the capability to demonstrate these principles in practice.

• Experience in introducing or onboarding the tool, with the confidence to convey its functionalities effectively.

• Familiarity with interfaces and integrations with other tools and their practical applications.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.

• Ability to effectively employ generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance automation processes.
