📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING SE, you passionately represent your area of expertise with foresight.

• In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is on the competency development of the course participants.

• You see yourself as both a contributor and a supporter in the role of a learning facilitator in Learning 4.0!

• Subject-specific lessons conducted from home in the WBS LearnSpace 3D.

• Utilization of various teaching methods for effective lesson design.

• Preparation and creation of instructional learning materials according to the curriculum.

• Conducting assessments to measure competency growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A professionally relevant commercial training background with experience in payroll accounting.

• Tax clerk or personnel administrator qualification.

• Teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll accounting with DATEV.

• Payroll accounting with Lexware.

• Fundamentals of payroll processing.

• Structure of payroll accounting.

• Proof of pedagogical suitability (AEVO).

• Excellent command of the German language (C2 proficiency level).
