This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a member of WBS TRAINING AG, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and foresight.
• In your capacity as a trainer, your main objective is to enhance the skills of course participants.
• In designing your lessons, you serve both as a content provider and a facilitator of learning — embracing Learning 4.0!
• This role includes subject-specific instruction from the comfort of the WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.
• You will design and implement a variety of teaching methods for effective course delivery.
• Your responsibilities also include the creation and updating of teaching materials.
• You will prepare and conduct assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Participation in quality assurance initiatives is also expected.
• Completion of commercial vocational training or a degree focused on personnel management (HR).
• Several years of professional experience in human resources, particularly in labor and social law, personnel leadership and development, personnel services, and temporary employment/employee leasing.
• Evidence of pedagogical competence is preferred (e.g., AEVO).
• Strong methodological and didactic abilities in delivering course content.
• A reliable, independent, and structured work style with a high level of personal accountability.
• Excellent proficiency in German (C2 level).
