πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Acting as the HR point of contact for designated employees, leaders, campuses, or specific business areas.

β€’ Addressing inquiries from employees and managers about HR policies, processes, employee records, onboarding, HR systems, and general HR operations.

β€’ Managing routine employee relations issues, such as attendance concerns, policy clarifications, documentation follow-ups, workplace challenges, and offering first-level support to managers or employees.

β€’ Assisting managers with corrective actions and performance documentation by utilizing established HR templates, processes, and guidance.

β€’ Aiding in performance management follow-up, which includes tracking documentation, preparing for meetings, and coordinating next steps.

β€’ Supporting ADA and accommodation initiatives by collecting information, tracking documentation, coordinating follow-ups, and escalating complex or sensitive issues as necessary.

β€’ Conducting initial fact-finding for regular employee concerns and escalating issues that require investigation, higher-level review, or legal advice.

β€’ Managing the processing of onboarding documentation, new hire information, HRIS updates, employee records, and compliance tracking.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent, with successful completion of a basic skills assessment.

β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field is preferred.

β€’ Currently licensed or in the process of obtaining a SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certification is preferred.

β€’ A minimum of 2-4 years of prior experience in a human resources role, with a solid background in employee relations and field partnerships.

β€’ Previous experience and/or strong knowledge in HRIS, onboarding, employee records, compliance tracking, policy guidance, corrective action documentation, and/or performance documentation is preferred.

β€’ Prior experience in education, healthcare, behavioral health, multi-site operations, and/or compliance-driven environments is preferred.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with confidentiality and objectivity.
