This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver Fractional HR Management services for up to four Christian ministry clients concurrently.
• Collaborate with clients’ leadership to build rapport and trust.
• Develop, implement, and sustain HR programs in partnership with client leadership.
• Provide guidance on Employee Relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations across various states in all HR initiatives.
• Continuously engage in learning, innovation, and exploring new methods to involve people in the client mission.
• Design and execute HRIS systems for clients.
• Offer in-house advice and support to members of the Ministry HR Group team.
• Actively participate in Ministry HR Group meetings as necessary.
• At least 7 years of experience as an HR Manager, including driving change in all HR domains.
• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience within a Christian ministry, ideally with expertise in Biblically-informed HR practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Leadership, or equivalent HR experience.
• Possess a current US-based Professional HR certification (preferably SHRM or HRCI).
• Consulting experience is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated capability to lead a diverse range of HR programs.
• Proven ability to coach and guide Executives on effective people practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, with a quick adaptability to new software systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong group presentation abilities.
• A genuine desire and capacity to learn new approaches to HR challenges.
• Established track record of innovation and development of new programs.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality, detailed, and accurate work products.
• High social intelligence, with the ability to evaluate appropriateness of performance and behavior and mentor others in this area.
• Capacity to lead by example, demonstrating positive and professional conduct in every situation.
• Ability to identify and accurately apply Biblical references in HR coaching, materials, and communication.
• Consistently maintain a professional remote office environment and appearance.
• Must reside in Texas, within 100 miles of Dallas.
• Ability to focus on highly confidential, sensitive, and emotional issues for extended periods.
• Capacity to analyze extensive spreadsheets, databases, and complex data reports for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Maintain calm, focused, and objective leadership in stressful, demanding, or conflict-driven situations for up to 4 hours per day.
