πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee employee relations by conducting investigations and addressing employee concerns.

β€’ Facilitate performance management processes, which include coaching leaders and reviewing documentation.

β€’ Create, maintain, and revise job descriptions and career advancement plans.

β€’ Assist in recruitment efforts and ensure uniform hiring practices.

β€’ Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and protected leave (FMLA, OFLA, ADAAA).

β€’ Evaluate HR trends and metrics to suggest improvements and enhance programs.

β€’ Maintain HRIS records and generate reports to aid in decision-making.

β€’ Guarantee adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.

β€’ Aid in the development and execution of HR programs, policies, and procedures.

β€’ Foster strong interdepartmental relationships through effective communication and emotional intelligence.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least five years of relevant HR experience or a closely related field.

β€’ Proven capability to tackle complex issues, articulate challenging concepts, and influence others as a trusted advisor.

β€’ Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and collaboration.

β€’ Ability to align tasks with organizational objectives and hold oneself and others accountable.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships throughout the organization.

β€’ High degree of emotional intelligence and professionalism.

β€’ Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
