Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee employee relations by conducting investigations and addressing employee concerns.

• Facilitate performance management processes, which include coaching leaders and reviewing documentation.

• Create, maintain, and revise job descriptions and career advancement plans.

• Assist in recruitment efforts and ensure uniform hiring practices.

• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and protected leave (FMLA, OFLA, ADAAA).

• Evaluate HR trends and metrics to suggest improvements and enhance programs.

• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports to aid in decision-making.

• Guarantee adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Aid in the development and execution of HR programs, policies, and procedures.

• Foster strong interdepartmental relationships through effective communication and emotional intelligence.

• At least five years of relevant HR experience or a closely related field.

• Proven capability to tackle complex issues, articulate challenging concepts, and influence others as a trusted advisor.

• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and collaboration.

• Ability to align tasks with organizational objectives and hold oneself and others accountable.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships throughout the organization.

• High degree of emotional intelligence and professionalism.

• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
