πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, delivering professional, timely, and customer-centric support.

β€’ Oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring precision, compliance, and a positive experience for employees.

β€’ Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, and HR files with exceptional accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.

β€’ Assist in benefits administration and essential HR operational processes.

β€’ Analyze HR data, metrics, and reporting to pinpoint trends, aid decision-making, and suggest process enhancements.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance HR initiatives, improve workflows, and achieve organizational objectives.

β€’ Proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve HR challenges prior to escalation, employing sound judgment and critical thinking.

β€’ Ensure adherence to multi-state employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

β€’ Support audits, compliance reporting, and HR projects as required.

β€’ Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned or necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

β€’ At least 3 years of experience with HRIS and HR systems administration.

β€’ Experience in multi-state HR practices.

β€’ Preferred experience in California HR.

β€’ Proficiency in utilizing HR data analytics for reporting and insights.

β€’ Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

β€’ Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

β€’ Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

β€’ Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

β€’ Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

β€’ PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
