HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, delivering professional, timely, and customer-centric support.

• Oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring precision, compliance, and a positive experience for employees.

• Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, and HR files with exceptional accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.

• Assist in benefits administration and essential HR operational processes.

• Analyze HR data, metrics, and reporting to pinpoint trends, aid decision-making, and suggest process enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance HR initiatives, improve workflows, and achieve organizational objectives.

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve HR challenges prior to escalation, employing sound judgment and critical thinking.

• Ensure adherence to multi-state employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Support audits, compliance reporting, and HR projects as required.

• Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned or necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

• At least 3 years of experience with HRIS and HR systems administration.

• Experience in multi-state HR practices.

• Preferred experience in California HR.

• Proficiency in utilizing HR data analytics for reporting and insights.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
