This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and foresight.
• Your responsibilities as a learning facilitator center around enhancing participants' skills and knowledge.
• In your lesson design, you serve both as a subject-matter expert and a supportive learning facilitator — embracing Learning 4.0!
• This role involves delivering subject-specific instruction on-site at Dresden-Nord (20%) and remotely from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® (80%).
• You will prepare and create lesson-related educational materials in accordance with the curriculum.
• Conducting competency assessments to evaluate learning progress is also part of your role.
• A completed vocational training, state-certified technician, or degree in Automation Technology is required.
• Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning automation systems is essential.
• Specific experience in programming Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal (including technology and communication objects; visualization and machine safety) is necessary.
• Familiarity with network technology is required.
• Practical knowledge of TIA applications (including Profibus, Profinet, AS-i, OPC UA, etc.) is expected.
• Understanding of control engineering and measurement technology is essential.
• Basic knowledge of SIMIT simulation software is advantageous.
• AEVO certification or equivalent pedagogical training is preferred.
• Methodical and didactic skills in delivering instructional content are required.
• An independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork are a must.
